-Can God Be Mocked?-
In God's word in Gal 6:7 says "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap".
Here are some people who mocked God:
JOHN LENNON: (Singer of Beatles)
In 1966 John Lennon was interviewed with an American Magazine, John Lennon said: "Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do not have to argue about that. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, today we are more famous than Him".
John Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.
MARILYN MONROE: (Movie Star)
Billy Graham who is a Preacher and Evangelist, was led by the Spirit of God to visit Marilyn Monroe during a presentation of a show. After Marilyn finished hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said: "I don't need your Jesus". A week later, she was found dead in her apartment.
BON SCOTT: (Heavy Metal Rock Singer)
Bon Scott the ex-vocalist of the AC/DC band. On one of his 1979 songs he sang: "Don't stop me, I'm going down all the way, wow the highway to hell". On the 19th of February 1980, Bon Scott was found dead, he had been choked by his own vomit.
RECENTLY IN 2005
In Campinas, a group of drunk friends, went to pick up a friend. The mother was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends that she said to her "My daughter, go with God and may He protect you". The daughter replied "Only if He (God) travels in the trunk, coz inside here its already full". Hours later, they had been involved in a fatal accident, all had died, the car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was intact. The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs, not one was broken.
Could all this be a coincidents? Or a warning to those who mock God?_

-The Force of Habit-
How easy it is to tear a piece of paper along the line where it has been folded. How easy it is for a second temptation to overcome us when the first temptation has been yielded to! Once you have yielded to sin the first time, you then have made a fold in your life and the second time the same temptation comes it then becomes easy to yield to. Just like tearing paper were it has been folded, sin a second time around becomes easy. Say no to sin the first time and you won't have problem with the second time.
