Word of God for Today - Can God Be Mocked? & The Force of Habit

-Can God Be Mocked?-

In God's word in Gal 6:7 says "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap".

Here are some people who mocked God:

JOHN LENNON: (Singer of Beatles)

In 1966 John Lennon was interviewed with an American Magazine, John Lennon said: "Christianity will end, it will disappear. I do not have to argue about that. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but his subjects were too simple, today we are more famous than Him".

John Lennon, after saying that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot six times.

MARILYN MONROE: (Movie Star)

Billy Graham who is a Preacher and Evangelist, was led by the Spirit of God to visit Marilyn Monroe during a presentation of a show. After Marilyn finished hearing what the Preacher had to say, she said: "I don't need your Jesus". A week later, she was found dead in her apartment.

BON SCOTT: (Heavy Metal Rock Singer)

Bon Scott the ex-vocalist of the AC/DC band. On one of his 1979 songs he sang: "Don't stop me, I'm going down all the way, wow the highway to hell". On the 19th of February 1980, Bon Scott was found dead, he had been choked  by his own vomit.

RECENTLY IN 2005

In Campinas, a group of drunk friends, went to pick up a friend. The mother was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends that she said to her "My daughter, go with God and may He protect you". The daughter replied "Only if He (God) travels in the trunk, coz inside here its already full". Hours later, they had been involved in a fatal accident, all had died, the car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was intact. The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs, not one was broken.

Could all this be a coincidents? Or a warning to those who mock God?_

-The Force of Habit-

How easy it is to tear a piece of paper along the line where it has been folded. How easy it is for a second temptation to overcome us when the first temptation has been yielded to! Once you have yielded to sin the first time, you then have made a fold in your life and the second time the same temptation comes it then becomes easy to yield to. Just like tearing paper were it has been folded, sin a second time around becomes easy. Say no to sin the first time and you won't have problem with the second time.

Word of God for Today - Keeping True To The Faith & Evolution vs Creation

-Keeping True To The Faith-

We live in a time where we are well into the 20th century. We live in a modern hi-tech age where these is a danger of having religion without Holy Ghost, Christianity without Christ, forgiveness without repentance, salvation without regeneration, politics without God and Heaven without Hell. All these things are happening today and its a result of not fully surrendering to Jesus. We must stay true to the Faith without compromise, being a faithful example to this generation. We must be like Enoch and Noah they stayed faithful to truth in their generation, warning and being a witness to the wicked world, without wavering before the flood came. For some people the only witness of Jesus they will ever have is you, and you may be the only Bible they will ever read. So stay true to the Faith knowing that the Lord will return for the faithful._

-Evolution vs Creation-

Evolution teaches that we originated from some slimy sea that evolved into fish, to lizards, to an ape until we evolved into mankind. If this was true then we are still evolving now. Evolutions time frame is about 1 Billion years, while from the time God created man until now is about 6,000 years. Evolution denies all Biblical references to the creation of man from God. Evolution equals us to animals, but Genesis shows us that we were created separate from animals and that we are superior to animals, that's why we are suppose to rule over them not they rule over us. We are superior to all animals because we were made in the image of God, a 3 part being - spirit, soul and body. Animals were made only soul and body, they don't have a spirit, which is what makes you and I eternal, when animals die they go back to the dust of the earth and stay there, they are not eternal. No where in the bible you will find any references to animals possessing a spirit. That's why only man has a desire to worship not animals. You will never find any animals including the ape build a temple or an idol to worship it. That's the reason why we have so many religions today, there is not one man alive today that does not worship something in their lives, whether it's the true God or a false god, they have that desire inside them because they were made with an eternal spirit that lives for ever.

Gods Word refutes and proves that evolution is false, in 1Cor 15:38-41 "And God gives it a body as it has pleased Him, and to each of the seeds its own body. All flesh is not the same flesh; but one kind of flesh of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another of fish, and another of birds. There are also heavenly bodies and earthly bodies. But the glory of the heavenly is truly different, and that of the earthly different; one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars; for one star differs from another star in glory." Here its very clear that each animals has a different kind of flesh. The flesh of cows are different from the flesh of fish and the flesh of fish are different from the flesh of birds, which means they were and can never be compatible to one another, that's why evolution has no hard evidents to back up its lies. In Gen 1:25 "And God made the beast of the earth after his kind...." When God made the horse he made it to be a horse not a bird, when God made the fish He made it to be a fish and not a cow. Every animal God made He made it to reproduce only after its own kind. If all the animals can evolve from one species then Noah would of only taken one species into the ark, but he had taken about 35,000 individual animals into the ark to preserve their species.

Evolution has never been proven to be truth, its only a theory based on mans idea to exclude God from being part of mankind's existence. So teachers who teach evolution are all teaching a lie. Salvation can never be found in evolution, it's a pathway without Jesus that leads to Hell not Heaven.
